We are looking for Sales Specialist in Cloud, Platforms and ITO to join our cross-country Sales Specialist team. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and knowledgeable Sales, Solutioning and Advisory professionals across the Central and North Europe region and help our major clients in their digital transformation journey. The role is open for all office locations in Germany. The focus of our Cloud Sales team is to sell the entire Cloud, Platforms & ITO Services portfolio to our enterprise and commercial clients. Our Sales Executives are responsible for building a strong relationship to DXC’s Account teams and their clients in the assigned geography, selling DXC’s Cloud Services, responsible for the full lifecycle of a sales deal. Main responsibilities: Develops sales pipeline to increase company’s market share in the cloud offering area; Use offering expertise to seek out new client opportunities and expand opportunities with existing clients to build pipeline and drive pursuits; Deep knowledge of the cloud services market, public and hybrid cloud solutions, Application to Cloud Transformation Services and DXC’s partner programs and ecosystem will all be critical for success in the role. Close alignment with DXC’s Cloud, Platform & ITO Practice team and will also need to coordinate and work closely with DXC Strategic Partners to achieve success and manage interactions with our existing clients. Collaborate and build strong relationships with DXC Account Teams like Account General Managers and Account Executives, and DXC’s Partner Sales Teams to ensure proper engagement with these teams and customers. Accountable for achieving or exceeding of signings, sales and revenue targets for Cloud, Platform & ITO Portfolio Accelerate growth through lead generation and closing new business engagements; Accelerate growth through lead generation and closing new business engagements; Drive and win Cloud Services deals up to $50M total revenue or annual booked revenue. Requirements: 5-8 years of sales experience and technical knowledge in the area cloud solutions, hybrid cloud solutions managed services; Consultative sales experience especially around the adoption of cloud services in the infrastructure space. Highly developed consultative approach, solution selling and business development skills with an ability to consult with CXO's of global companies. Relevant experience in selling and closing deals up to 50 million contracted revenues with scope and complexity in cloud area; Experience selling “Next Generation” services, aaS offerings and consumption based/”pay as you go” services; Able to work across multi-functions/multi-individuals to achieve desired results. Proactively creating small but significant consulting assignments that shapes RFP's before they are issued, reducing risk for clients and increasing probability of success for DXC. In-depth knowledge about the customer's business, strategy and challenges. Credible board level transformation advisor. Highly developed business development, negotiation skills and ability to influence contract content.
