ADM - Operations Manager:

  • Manages activities of the entire Account's Business Process Organization.
  • Has accountability for a large multi-department areas and locations with significant impact on business unit results and organizational strategy.
  • This position is responsible for the delivery of BPS services for the Wisconsin XIX Medicaid Program and has 350-400 employees and contractors within the team.
  • Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business and technical issues impacting their teams within established policies.
  • Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization.
  • Plans, directs and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities of leaders and staff.
  • Recruits and supports development of all BPO staff members.
  • Ensures training processes exist for both new and existing staff. Responsible for continuous improvement in this area.
  • Is responsible for and owns all Service Level Agreements performed by their teams.

Additional Guidance/Criteria:

  • The leader oversees a wide variety of functional areas in three different cities in Wisconsin. Madison, Janesville and Milwaukee.
  • The role of this position is to provide direction to the operations leaders and teams. They will ensure that all SLAs are met and all work is performed to meet contractual requirements.
  • They will work with the Account's technical teams to suggest and create efficiencies with their teams.
  • A key element of the role is to introduce automation and proficiencies within their team structures.


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or related field.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, candidates must have four additional years of related work experience in addition to required Experience.
  • Two (2) or more years of professional experience in managing large teams, excellent communication, organizational, leadership and analytical skills required.
  • Previous MMIS or health care experience required.
