Main Responsibilities:

• Organizes and shapes an engagement team'sstrategy to drive success

• Leads board level visioning sessions providingthought leadership to client

• Develops and manages relationships across thewhole client base, discussing benefits and value at board level

• Commercially shapes deals based on businessbenefit to client rather than actual cost to complete (value basedpricing)identifying risk/reward opportunities and developing business cases towork with clients in new and different ways to mutual benefits

• Drives key meetings and workshops to achievethe outcomes within the deadline

• Understands and utilizes the full range offacilitation methods and tools to run effective events

• Advises at board level on MOC strategies andimplementation plans

• Consults on governance, strategy andtransformation not just operations

• Builds and maintains significant alliances andsupport across the client's business

• Leads complex Management of Change (MOC)initiatives

• Consults and shapes development of the client'sapproach to identifying and managing risks and assumptions and for realizingbenefits at a department level

• Shapes and directs proposals describing thecompany solution and the associated value proposition

• Ensures knowledge capture sessions are arrangedand executed building company consultant collateral

• Clients are typically C-level managers. Cancombine multiple consulting assignments and create new consulting frameworksfor delivery

• Balances long-term investments againstprofitability. Is a leader in the business planning process

• Assures that correct team is assembled for theengagement

• Overall engagement portfolio potential $20Mand above and/or Service based consulting account potential total contractvalue (TCV) $50M.

Education and Experience Required:

8-10 years' experience in commercial or public sector. Advanced educational degree preferred

Must have client facing consulting experience

Ability to travel (up to 80%) and a current passport to travel overseas on rare occasions
