Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Specialist to temporarily assist a client in Downtown Portland with data entry, matching invoices to purchase orders/vouchers, and general administrative support.
Support AP department with vendor invoices and disbursement filing, invoice matching, and filing
Support AR department with processing daily invoices/credit, applying cash receipt, and helping with collection of past due balances
Assist with accounting and administrative projects as needed
Code documents with expenditure codes and accounting codes
Post financial information to journals, registers, and ledgers
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Strong technical and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
QuickBooks proficiency preferred
SAP proficiency preferred
Accounting degree preferred
