Growing Environmental Service company in The Woodlands is looking to add an experience Accounting Manager to their team!
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:
+ Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
+ Manage the monthly close of the multi-location region.
+ Consolidate and reporting of financial statements of assigned region.
+ Manage the production of the annual budget and forecast and monitor them monthly.
+ Formulate relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like actual spend against budgets and key financial metrics.
+ Provide explanations for significant deviations from budget.
+ Provides mentoring and support to the administrative team members regarding accounting procedures.
+ Overview of monthly completion customer invoicing.
+ Maintain vendor relationships by resolving inquiries.
+ Implement, maintain, and adhere to internal controls.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with advanced Excel skills, experience with SAP is a plus!
