Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager for a contract to hire role in the Medley area.
Duties include, but not limited to:
+ Review accounts receivable aging report to ensure customer balances are correct
+ Review of all invoices and credit memos to ensure the charges arising from the agreement are valid, that invoices are generated promptly and entered accurately into the system.
+ Maintain an intimate knowledge of contract agreements, with particular attention to unique arrangements.
+ Develop relationships with the customer base; welcome new customers, confer with customers by telephone or email for overdue balances.
+ Research and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner, and when necessary, assist upper management with development and monitoring of customer payment plans.
+ Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable subsidiary reports to the general ledger.
+ Prepares monthly journal entries and account reconciliations as required.
+ Bachelors of Accounting or Finance
+ Excellent written and oral communication
+ QuickBooks, SAP or Oracle ERP experience
+ Advanced Excel
+ Bilingual- English and Spanish
