Prepare, schedule, and post vendor payments
Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices
Reconcile purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
Monitor and address aging accounts payable
Support the annual audit process
Assist with month-end closing processes
Assist with administrative duties (printing, scanning, and filing)
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Strong technical and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong Excel skills required
QuickBooks proficiency preferred
SAP proficiency preferred
Accounting degree preferred
