Description Job Summary: As an Application Support Analyst, your role will include implementing, supporting, administrating and maintaining systems. Provide tier2 support of Oracle ERP applications. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to resolve technical and functional issues. React to monitored events; assure problems are worked to an appropriate resolution and within predefined Service Level Agreements. A key focus is on root cause analysis to minimize recurring issues.

Work Performed: · Manage helpdesk queue on a daily basis. · Perform root cause analysis to minimize repeat occurrences of issues. · Validate and regression test Break and Bug fixes. · Follow appropriate change management procedures to manage and document changes to application environments. · Monitor operational environments to ensure internal customer Service Level Agreement are met. · Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system availability, performance and security. · Develop technical documentation to represent end user requirements. · Manage the coordination of upgrades, code migrations, patch application and database refreshes. · As appropriate and authorized, coordinate activities such as installation of new environments and scheduled outages. Ensure that application system requirements, business configuration requirements and IT infrastructure requirements are supported by changes occurring to the application. · Work with business users to document and create queries. · Execute back-end data cleansing and data fixes. · When needed provide end user training and guidance. · Work with third party support vendors to ensure technical issues are addressed within the predefined SLA timeframe. · Provide proactive and preventative maintenance activities. Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred. · Experience working with Change Management, Problem Management and configuration management processes. · Familiarity with the ITIL Service Level Management processes a plus. · Application Support Analyst or entry level programming background. · Knowledge of programming/scripting using SQL and SQL plus. · Advance knowledge of Microsoft excel including scripting and programming in excel. · Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and InfoPath a plus. · Client focused and support orientated. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. · Familiarity with SAP BI Edge a plus. · Ability to write Crystal reports. · Prior experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing, E- Business, WAM and MWM a plus.
