Job Description

Description

Provide technical support analysis assistance and training for BusinessObjects suite of tools to internal customer base

Expert in design and development complex reports using SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 Web Intelligence

Create and update technical and functional documentation such as operational procedures training materials etc.

Follow department client service strategies and standards related to ways of working service level agreements and providing positive customer experiences

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and other support staff

Share BOBJ knowledge and best practices across the user base

Assist with change management efforts to drive adoption of new BOBJ tools governance and reporting processes

Converting SSRS Reports into BO reports

Requirements

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects 4.x to include WEBI Information Design Tool IDT

Ability to analyze complex business reporting requirements and develop innovative solutions

Perform requirement analysis provide effort estimation Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and QA/Testing methodologies and deliverables
