The hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p and it is on-site.
Major responsibilities ·Complete requests received via phone or electronically from internal and external customers ·Create and manage standard quotations, sales orders, non-standard sales orders, engineered systems, returns, warranty requests, credit/debit, portal, tailgate, demo/2nd life, tradeshow, and orders in SAP in a timely manner according to established goals of the manager ·Handle internal and external customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing. ·Job duties may encompass international transactions and requests. ·Follow correct process to communicate with other teams to solve problems and get the information needed for an inquiry. ·Ability to learn and use case management technology to retrieve and update status of each task assignment. ·Identify opportunities to enhance and improve daily tasks. ·Base performance standards against established metrics to drive performance improvements ·Conduct self in a way that fosters a positive, supportive, and detail-oriented work environment in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect ·Performs other duties as assigned Requirements – 2+ years of customer service experience in an order processing environment required – Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods – Microsoft Office knowledge required – Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information – Strong customer service and office administrative skills – Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently and with a team – Proven knowledge of CMS systems a plus – Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing – A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism – SAP experience preferred – Analytical Skills – Expertise in order entry – Understanding of Purchase Orders – Computer Literate – Organizational skills – Time management skills – Detail oriented – Abiltity to work under pressues – Self-motivated – Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
