Your responsibilities in this role

– Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product

– File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

– Handle customer inquiries and take customer orders

– Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

– Manage customer accounts

– Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

– Sift through websites for information

Requirements – Deep understanding of AS400

– SAP experience desired

– Quality experience with Customer Account

– Practical knowledge of Assist Customers

– Experience with Answering Inbound Calls

– Hands-on experience with Administrative Assistance

– Knowledge of Certified Epic

– Experience with Microsoft Excel

– Well-founded grasp of Manufacture

– Proven knowledge of order entry

– General familiarity with Global Manufacturing

– Previous experience working with Fax Documents

– Excel Formulas experience

– Comprehension of Typing Data Entry

– Good understanding of Scanning Invoices

– Wide ranging experience with Customer Business Worldwide

– Earlier work involving Detailed Business Requirements

– Skills in typing

– Demonstrated typing accuracy

– Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

– Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

– Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
