Desktop Support Analyst

Description

Robert Half is looking for a 100% ONSITE Desktop Support Analyst to support local non-profit client. Located in Salem, Oregon, the Desktop Support Analyst opportunity is a short-term contract with potential to hire, depending on performance and available headcount.

Role: Help Desk Analyst

Duration: 3-month contract to start, potential to extend or convert based on performance and available headcount

Location: Salem, Oregon (100% onsite)

Job responsibilities: Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software and a variety of other applications used internally. Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups. Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 1+ years of related experience.

+ Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications.

+ Experience troubleshooting mobile devices (Android, iPhone, and other phone systems).

+ Proficiency in Ticketing System.

+ Microsoft Office 365 experience.

+ Solid understanding of Active Directory.

+ Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions.

Nice-to-haves:

+ Experience troubleshooting mobile devices (iPhone, Comcast devices, and other phone systems).

+ Solid Windows OS experience
