The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for duties including but not limited to: re-imaging PCs, supporting scanners, light patch work, new hardware and software deployments/upgrades, software installs, occasional travel to remote sites as needed. The Help Desk Analyst can expect to spend approximately 50% of their time providing remote phone support, and the other 50% of their time providing desk-side, hands on support.
• 2+ years of IT Support experience preferred with phone support / call center experience prioritized
• Proven ability providing IT or desktop support in a Windows 7, 10 environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
• Active CompTIA A+, Network+, or related industry certifications a plus
