Robert Half Technology is seeking several versatile Help Desk Analysts for one of our clients in the Spartanburg, South Carolina Area. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for duties including but not limited to remote technical support, light patch work, new hardware and software deployments/upgrades, software installs, call-center technical support including ticketing, data entry and issue escalation.
**Passion for Tech, Customer Service, and Problem solving are KEY**
-2+ years of IT Support experience preferred (may substitute certain educational experience)
-Proven ability providing IT or desktop support for end users – problem solving is key!
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
-Active CompTIA A+, Network+, or related industry certifications are a PLUS
