Help Desk Analyst – EVENING SHIFT

90% REMOTE, but must be located in Southern California for occasional onsite in Los Angeles

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + OT

Location: Los Angeles

Core hours: EVENING SHIFT

Option 1: Alternating schedule. Every other week you have 3 days off.

+ Week 1: Wednesday – Saturday 12am – 9am, OFF on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

+ Week 2: Tuesday – Saturday 12am – 9am, OFF on Sunday, Monday

Option 2: Monday – Friday 12 am – 8 am

Employment Type: Full Time, permanent placement

Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk Analyst I for a permanent employment opportunity based in Los Angeles, California. The biggest part of this job is handling complex end-user support issues and providing support to team members by focusing on restoring service to the end users.

Requirements

Must Haves:

· 2+ years professional experience in Help Desk environment (troubleshooting 25-35 incidents per day)

· Microsoft Office Suite 2013/2016/2019/365

· Software Application troubleshooting – will be trained on commonly used legal applications if they don’t have this experience already

· Expert supporting Windows performance and connectivity issues

· Excellent customer service
