Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. Candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization will be preferred for this Help Desk Analyst position. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Wilder, Kentucky area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

– Resolve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

– Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

– Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements – Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

– Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

– Familiarity with basic networking concepts

– Experience with IT support ticketing systems

– Previous experience working with Power BI

– Comprehensive knowledge of Location Set Up

– Expertise in Basic Troubleshooting

– Comprehension of Intune

– Major Incident Management experience preferred

– Practical knowledge of AutoCAD

– Microsoft Outlook experience highly desired

– Background working with Microsoft PowerPoint

– Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites

– Good understanding of Microsoft Power BI

– Avaya experience highly desired

– Basic Office Equipment experience desired

– Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server

– Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

– Prior experience with Tier 1 Support

– Onboarding experience required

– Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

– General familiarity with hardware & software installation

– Earlier work involving Microsoft Azure

– Adeptness in virus protection

– Adeptness in Microsoft Word

– General familiarity with Microsoft Excel

– Proficiency in change management

– Foundational knowledge in asset management

– Microsoft PowerPoint experience highly preferred

– Hands-on experience with customer service

– Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word

– Intune experience highly valued

– Demonstrated knowledge of Software Installation
