Description Candidates who excel at coming up with creative solutions to technical issues will be a great fit for this position. Robert Half is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. Candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization will be preferred for this Help Desk Analyst position. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Moorestown, New Jersey area and is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.
What you get to do every day
– Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
– Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
– Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements – Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
– 1+ years of prior experience
– IT support ticketing system experience desired
– Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
– Active Directory experience required
– Documentation experience
– Basic Troubleshooting experience
– Microsoft Office experience
– Ticketing System experience preferred
– Understanding of basic networking concepts Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
