Description Help Desk Analysts who love to work in an innovative and fast-paced work environment at a company in the Legal industry will be interested in Robert Half’s new job opening. This is a position that will support local and field users as a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Nashville, Tennessee area and is a full-time opportunity.

Major responsibilities

– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

– Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally

– Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems

– Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements – Comprehension of Microsoft Windows

– Background working with VoIP

– Audio Conferencing experience required

– Hardware Troubleshooting experience preferred

– Experience with Teleconferencing

– Active Directory experience highly valued

– Demonstrated knowledge of Polycom Video Conferencing

– Audio Visual experience desired

– Practical knowledge of Citrix Technologies

– Conference room setup & cleanup experience

– Troubleshoot experience desired

– Cisco VPN experience highly preferred

– Prior experience with Basic Troubleshooting

– Adeptness in Video Conferencing

– Experience with Mobile Device Management

– Previous experience working with Microsoft Exchange

– General familiarity with Web Conferencing

– Strong familiarity with Arranging Conference Calls

– Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Support

– Earlier work involving Microsoft Windows 10

– Good understanding of Microsoft Office

– IT support ticketing system experience desired

– Basic networking concepts

– Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

– 2+ years of prior experience

– Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
