Robert Half is seeking a talented Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment. Help Desk Analyst Candidates with strong MAC skills who have a passion for making effective change within an organization will be the best fit for this Help Desk Analyst role. This Help Desk Analyst role is 1.5-month temporary contract and is 100% remote located in San Francisco, Ca.

How you will make an impact

+ Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues –

+ Correspond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

+ Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems

+ Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

Requirements

+ 2 – 3 years of relevant IT helpdesk experience

+ Advanced knowledge of Apple MacOS

+ Proficiency in Atlassian Jira

+ JAMF Casper Suite experience required

+ Foundational knowledge in JIRA

+ Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

+ Firm grasp of basic networking concepts

+ Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

+ Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

+ Experience with IT support ticketing systems

+ Experience working with Okta and Google Workspace

+ Understanding of SAML single sign-on and how to delegate and remove access

+ Experience administering SaaS products including:

+ Slack

+ Zoom

+ Office 365

+ Strong customer service & communication skills
