Robert Half is looking for several Tier 2 Help Desk resources to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL for a proven client. As a Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst you will deal with Outlook issues, not being able to access files, creating accounts in Active Directory, printer issues, etc.
Requirements
– Solid understanding of Active Directory
– Strong familiarity with MS Windows 10
– Microsoft Outlook experience required
– 3+ years’ of experience supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange and VMware
– This position will be the best fit for a candidate with a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude
