Description

Position – Level 2 Helpdesk support

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize

Ability to work as part of a team

Flexibility in schedule

Customer Service Oriented

Training experience is a plus

Legal Helpdesk experience preferred

Strong Word formatting knowledge

Technical Knowledge:

Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions to technical problems

Knowledge of Windows OS

Windows Office 365, including, Teams, One Drive and Strong Word formatting knowledge

Documentation Management software

Application support – including advances PDF features

General PC Hardware knowledge

Requirements – Working knowledge in one or more programming or scripting language

– Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

– PDF experience

– Expertise in Microsoft Word

– Windows OS experience

– Strong familiarity with Application Support

– Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

– Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

– ITIL certification a plus

– 3+ years’ of experience supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange and VMware

– Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

– Adept at analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying business vision and direction

– Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

– This position will be the best fit for a candidate with a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude
