Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk Technician II with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical users in an understandable and concise format. If you’re a self-motivated problem solver who loves to work in a dynamic and positive environment, this may be the role for you. Candidates in this position will use prior knowledge of desktop operating systems along with email administration practices with advanced level of user management.
3-5 Years in a Windows Environment
Experience supporting and administering Office 365
Active Directory and Group Policy experience
Knowledge of virtualization
Strong Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Detailed oriented for note taking within ticketing system
Able to work with minimal supervision
Associates/Bachelors Degree or Industry Certifications
