We are looking for a Tier 3 help desk technician to assist a client in a 6-to-8-month project. This opportunity is on-site and located in Ellicott City, MD. This role would be responsible for supporting a Windows and Mac OS environment by providing on-site and remote support for internal employees.
+ Windows OS: 80%
+ Mac OS: 20%
Day to Day Responsibilities:
+ Troubleshoot escalated hardware and software issues
+ Document and resolve end users’ tickets in ticketing system
+ Support other technicians with issues depending on volume
+ 3+ years experience in a Windows OS environment
+ 2+ years in a Mac OS environment
+ Troubleshooting and ticketing system experience
+ Active Directory
+ Office 365
