Robert Half Talent Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Tier II Candidate for our well established and specialized client who is offering a great benefits package and 401k.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Provide first point of contact support for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or through the IT Ticketing system.

2. Perform troubleshooting remotely through diagnostic techniques and providing support on site

3. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.

4. Follow-up and update help-desk status and information.

5. Provide remote technical assistance and support, conduct computer diagnostics, and resolve problems within the help-desk ticketing system.

6. Maintain records of daily ticketing communications, problem and remedial actions taken, or installation activities

7. User account administration for network, application, and systems access for employees.

8. Configuration of workstation equipment and ensure of proper installation of operating systems and appropriate software.

9. Provide evening and weekend work when on call.

10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience:

o A minimum of two (2) years of IT support experience is required.

o Experience with printers, workstations, and peripherals.

o Account provisioning using Microsoft Active Directory.

o Office 365 experience.

o Understanding of virtual environments.

o Windows 7, 8 , 10.

• Demonstrated effective written, verbal and electronic communication that is professional in both content and delivery. Demonstrated ability to gain trust and respect of the providers, staff, and peers. Effectively models interpersonal and problem-solving skills to aid in the resolution of issues in a timely manner. Ability to work as a team member. Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. Strong interpersonal skills.
