Job Description


Robert Half is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst for a large food production company in Vancouver, WA! You will be supporting the day-to-day technical operations in the office and providing deskside support!

Work Schedule: 6 AM-3 PM Mon-Fri

Main responsibilities:

· Help Desk Support

· Problem resolution via email and phone

· Resolve computer, printer, and mobile device issues

· Active Directory support

· Service Desk Tickets


Must Haves:

1-2 years of relevant experience

· Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities

· Ticketing System Experience

· Experienced admin for Active Directory, Exchange, O365 and other MS related systems
