Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
+ Serve as a primary financial systems team lead responsible for overseeing Hyperion HFM, EPBCS, Essbase, FDMEE and ARCS applications
+ Understand close/consolidation and financial planning business processes, how Hyperion applications supports these processes, and apply expertise to solve problems
+ Understands dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle Hyperion tools
+ Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.
The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
+ 6+ years of managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance of HFM, EPBCS, Essbase and ARCS applications including:
+ Master data updates
+ Mapping updates in FDMEE
+ Dynamic variable updates (substitution variables)
+ Rule and calculation updates
+ Reviewing data load status
+ Updating automation shell/batch scripts (as needed)
+ 6+ years of Managing security updates on the EPM application suite, helping users on any smart view ad hoc requests, other typical business as usual activities in a financial systems environment
+ 2+ years of serving as a point of contact with the business and managing their expectations with any future enhancements on the EPM product suite
+ Managing a team of approximately 5 off-shore staff maintaining, as well as any directed development activities in the application suite
+ Managing SOX documentation for quarterly security reviews and monthly application updates.
+ Performing data reconciliations during close for SAP to EPM application data loads
+ Managing Flash, Rate/Volume, and other planning processes on EPBCS
+ Managing Cash Flow walk file for FR team making sure all the cash accounts are properly allocated into the respective buckets during close and no variances identified by the end of close
+ Working on requested enhancements in HFM, EPBCS, Essbase and ARCS
+ Ability to collaborate directly with client staff responsible for the monthly close
+ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

+ Prior experience identify business requirements, translating business requirements into functional and technical design, building prototypes, creating process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), leading testing and training activities, defining support procedures and SLAs and supporting implementations post go live.
+ Adept at implementing technology-enabled solutions to address business requirements for clients as part of a high-talent team
+ Prior Hyperion HFM and / or EPBCS implementation specific experience
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $155,000.
