Description Help Desk Analysts apply to Robert Half’s new job opening. The position is with a growing company, looking for someone who will support local and field users. To be successful in this Help Desk Analyst role, you should be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Located in Blue Ash, Ohio, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a short-term contract / temporary role.

Key responsibilities

– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

– Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

– Solve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

– Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements – Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

– Practical knowledge of Android Mobile

– Strong familiarity with PowerShell Scripting

– Adeptness in NextGen

– Comprehension of Windows Desktop Operating System

– iOS experience highly preferred

– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange

– Experience with Microsoft Office 365

– Knowledge of VOIP (voice over IP)

– Microsoft Windows experience preferred

– Network Troubleshooting experience preferred

– Previous experience working with Active Directory

– Demonstrated knowledge of Mac Computers

– Basic Troubleshooting experience

– Microsoft Azure experience highly desired

– Good understanding of Wireless LAN

– Foundational knowledge in Zendesk

– Background working with Apple iOS

– Group Policy experience highly valued

– Intune experience preferred

– VoIP experience desired

– General familiarity with Android iOS

– Demonstrated knowledge of customer service

– Adeptness in Microsoft Windows Server

– Earlier work involving Desktop Support

– Troubleshoot Hardware experience

– Laptop Hardware experience

– Prior experience with SharePoint

– Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

– Firm grasp of basic networking concepts

– Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

– Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems

– 2+ years of prior experience
