Lead Financial Analyst, Finance Business Partner, Finance & Administration
This position is to give financial support for the Finance & Administration (FA) Enabling Area, with a focus on Occupancy. This role will primarily provide Business Case support for Real Estate strategies, along with other ad hoc Real Estate related analysis

This role is housed within FP&A and supports the financial strategy for the Firm’s Real Estate In this role, you will develop financial models and analyses in support of Real Estate Services (RES) strategic objectives and tactical transaction decisions focused on office and space requirements in the US portfolio, including India and Mexico. The role will assist in the support of Corporate Development M&A transactions in relation to real estate valuations for the acquisition business case and future space requirements.
About the Team
The FP&A organization provides specialized finance-related services in support of the business leaders of the firm. The Finance Business Partner will support FP&A in meeting the financial demands and needs of their designated business.
+ In providing finance-related services to the FA organization, the Lead Financial Analyst will support in the following areas:
+ Works independently to complete Business Case analyses. Includes navigating the various items within the RE team (transactions, program managers, design) and throughout the Firm to finalize Business Cases for approval
+ Assists the Real Estate (RE) team to complete complex real estate financial analyses – significant long-range financial decisions for the firm
+ Ensures that Business Case analyses are aligned to the Firm’s accounting policies and practices
+ Completes ad hoc calculations for potential abandonments, dispositions, space terminations, subleases, and related P&L impact
+ Maintains Business Case Status reporting that tracks on-going and completed projects
+ Assists in preparation of plan and forecast for Occupancy through various Business Case analyses
+ Assist sin supporting continuous updates to the Business Case template, as needed
+ Three to five years of relevant finance experience
+ Extensive experience effectively utilizing financial systems for operations, financial analysis and data extraction
+ Extensive knowledge and expertise in Excel and Financial applications, knowledge of SAP BPC is a plus
+ Working knowledge with PowerPoint and developing presentations
+ Demonstrated experience teaming with a project and / or product support team

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related subject. Advanced business degree or CPA preferred.

Technology or Other Requirements
Preferred understanding of SAP, BPC, Essbase and other financial applications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $78570 to $161330.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
