The Payroll Administrator opportunity will be located in Boca Raton, Florida as a long-term contract / temporary to hire role. Key responsibilities

– Payroll information management via collecting, calculating, and entering data

– Processing hourly and salaried employees’ payroll

– Report changes where necessary after maintaining payroll operations via company policies and procedures

– Resolve payroll discrepancies via information collection and analysis

– Manage payroll information requests and questions

– Facilitate company compliance according to federal and state regulations and guidelines

– Deliver assistance to payroll with internal and external audits

– Reconcile employee deductions and other liabilities as needed

– Prepare for department heads relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports

– Promote employee confidence by protecting payroll operations and keeping information confidential

– Payroll record maintenance by tracking changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers

Requirements

– Previous experience handling payroll, billing, licensing, AP, etc.

– Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data

– Payroll systems for 100-300 employees experience required

– Workday Payroll experience highly desired or other HRIS payroll experience required

– Proven knowledge of SAP highly preferred

– Foundational knowledge in Process Bi-weekly and weekly Payroll (hourly and salaried employees)
