Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.
The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.
* At least 3 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience * Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment * Experience using agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software. * Must have contributed to at least one major Salesforce project from discovery to go-live * Lead a team of board owners and analysts that will gather functional requirements, document them in user stories, and ensure correct configuration by the offshore team * Ability to work closely with the client members of the team and SMEs * Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
* Salesforce certifications * Agile experience is preferred * Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards * Exposure to Standard/Custom object creation, validation rules, etc. * Licensing experience
