Work you’ll do

As a SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

+ Utilizing your knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to help your clients maintain and optimize their system to fully realize their return on investment and improve HR processes and efficiencies

+ Leading small teams to provide the highest quality application management solutions related to Employee Central and SuccessFactors

+ Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

+ Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development

+ Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degree

+ 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central as well as providing post-production support

+ 4+ years of experience leading a small team or workstream on a larger implementation or AMS project

+ Ability to travel 10-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (post Covid)

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


+ Employee Central certification preferred

+ Superior communications skills, both verbal and written

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

+ Consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients
