Work you’ll do
As a SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR functions today by:
+ Demonstrating your SAP SuccessFactors Payroll capabilities.
+ Configurating SAP SuccessFactors Payroll applications.
+ Interacting with client Subject Matter Experts to ensure optimal use and return on investment from their Payroll system.
+ Supporting and leading colleagues to deliver the highest quality service to our clients to contribute to the overall success of the project.
+ Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
+ Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
+ 4+ years’ experience in post-production support and/or full life cycle implementations of the SAP on-prem Payroll or SuccessFactors EC Payroll system.
+ 2+ years’ experience leading teams and/or workstreams through at least one project.
+ Ability to travel 10% – 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (post Covid)
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
+ Certification in SAP on-prem or SuccessFactors EC Payroll modules.
+ Consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients.
+ Experience working across time zones with on and offshore resources.
+ Superior communications skills, both verbal and written.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

Work you’ll do
As an Oracle Cloud Payroll Senior Consultant in our HCAS AMS HCM Operate practice, you should expect to be involved in the following:
+ Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Oracle Cloud, primarily in the Payroll module
+ Lead workstreams for Phase X (single module) deployments in Oracle Cloud HCM space specifically in Payroll. Understanding data flow through upstream modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Absence & Time tracking.
+ Deliver Oracle Cloud projects in the space of additional country roll outs, primarily in the Payroll module. M&A.
+ Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Oracle Cloud, primarily in the Payroll module; resulting in defining a roadmap for Oracle Cloud optimization.
+ Serve as an SME/SMA to other Oracle Cloud post-production engagements, primarily in the Payroll module; in accordance with your areas of expertise
+ Lead and deliver our Oracle Cloud AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams
+ Able to guide, communicate and educate our clients on Oracle Cloud capabilities and limitations including new release management
Basic Qualifications
We are hiring across all levels. After initial conversations with our team, we will be able to discuss the right level with you.
+ Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees.
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration/integrations, if not have worked/working with end client managing Oracle Payroll system, preferably Payroll systems and integrations.
+ Minimum of 4 years of Payroll experience, preferably with Oracle Partners or Clients using Oracle Payroll system
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on Payroll implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
+ Ability to travel 10% – 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (post Covid)
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
+ Active Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification
+ Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Consulting experience
+ Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point
