Description SAP SuccessFactors/Workforce Business Analyst


Start Date: 10/3

LOA: 5 months +

A direct client of Robert Half is in search of an experienced Business Analyst who specializes in SAP Workforce Planning, and SuccessFactors to join their team and begin immediately supporitng a major new implementation. The major challenge, and particular goal of this role is to position is to bridge the gap between functional and technical requirements. On a more granular level, this large education organization is in need to some breakdown of technical terms and process notes into digestible pieces that make sense to the non-technical contributing team members. This role will also find this individual managing the execution of robust test plans, including utilizing software testing tools to perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing and manage the execution of test plans. Additionally this role will liaise with functional divisions such as HR and Payroll to discuss functional enhancements and help work toward new functionality. Beyond the gathering and refining of all of these requirements, there will also be some configuration of the system, and reporting that fall to this individual. Our client is looking for someone with an uncanny knack for connecting with people, and being able to walk them through technical challenges without losing them in the details.
