Description

Robert Half is seeking Schedule Planner II for John Deere in Moline, IL. In this role, this candidate will be responsible for helping to coordinate and schedule inter factory and service demands. The role handles capacity planning and analysis as investigating SAP routings and bill of materials

This is a first shift position: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Metatarsals are required from day one

What will you be doing in this role:

-Scheduling production and service parts

-Expediting production and purchased parts

-Coordinating needed parts from other John Deere departments

-Coordinates the implementation of engineering and material changes

-Analyzes future production requirements -Performs some administrative duties for the department.

-May include work direction and/or supervision including performance management.

-Audits inventory integrity and accuracy including performing the production and scrap reporting

No driving is required

This position is eligible (based off performance) for incremental, progressive retention bonuses at every 90 days for the first year on assignment.

Requirements

Required Skill Set:

– MUST HAVE demonstrated experience in either Data Analytics or Supply Management

– Must be able/willing to work in a collaborative team environment

– Should be familiar with the Office Suite of products

– Needs an analytical mindset

– Experience with SAP is a plus

– Experience with Coding is also a plus – candidates who can identify inefficiencies and develop scripting to streamline processes are desired, but not required
