Located in Columbus, Ohio, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / contract / temporary role.

Major responsibilities

– Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

– Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

– Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems

– Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues Requirements – Firm grasp of basic networking concepts

– Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

– Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

– Command of documentation

– Materials Handling experience preferred

– Previous experience working with Computer System

– Solid understanding of HDI

– Proven knowledge of Workstation Support

– General familiarity with Troubleshoot

– Experience with About Time

– Earlier work involving Queries

– Customer service experience desired

– Skills in Service Desk

– Hands-on experience with Network+

– Strong familiarity with procedures

– Comprehension of Technical Assistance

– Experience with Comptia A+

– Wide ranging experience with Communication Skills

– Well-founded grasp of internet

– Solid understanding of Quality Goals

– Quality experience with Financial Notes

– Prior experience with Resolve Complex

– Practical knowledge of Call Center Customer Service

– Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites

– Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems

– Strong problem-solving skills
