Job Description & Summary

You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

 Salesforce Administration
o High level understanding of environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access,
governance, compliance, managing sandboxes, post-refresh configurations, handling confidential
data masking/deletion, Single Sign On configuration, Certificate & Key Management, License
Management etc.
o Understanding of and experience with general salesforce setup, CPQ functionality and configuration
such as workflows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields,
report types etc.
o Experience working with integrations setup and service account administration and integrations
support using tools like Postman.
o Understanding of the tasks required to complete full copy sandbox refreshes and the potential pre
and post refresh tasks to be completed based on the usage of the sandbox (testing, training, code
deployment etc.)
o Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench tools, Informatica, etc.
o Reports and dashboards development/maintenance experience. Metadata analysis experience.
o Troubleshooting incidents in stage and production environments, ServiceNow familiarity for reporting
and configuration;
o Establishing system health and capacity is reviewed and enhanced as needed;
o Documenting SOPs, and perform knowledge transfer to others;
o Displaying skills or familiarity CRM Analytics (formerly, Einstein Analytics)
o Ability to develop datasets using recipes and dataflows.
o Skills in CRM Analytics administration and familiarity with dashboards, lenses, recipes, dataflows,
data sets, scheduling, connection configurations, etc.
o Recipe and dataflow deployments
o Discovery / modeling in predictive analytics is a plus
o Analytics platform monitoring, issue troubleshooting, vendor support management, etc.
o Any skills with Python scripting or other tools will be a plus.
 Version Control and Build/Deployment Tools
o Exposure to Apex and Visualforce development. Development background is a plus.
o Release Management experience using Salesforce DX, GIT, Azure DevOps (VSTS), YML scripting,
Visual Code Editor, etc.

o Understand management of source code for branch,merge, code conflict resolution strategy,
configuration data management, versioning.
o Release deployments using Azure DevOps (or a similar tool)
o Experience with ANT, change set deployments
o Any other DevOps relevant experience that may include tools like Jenkins, Copado etc.
o Ability to work with developers and monitor branch and repository health.
 Mulesoft
o Mulesoft operations experience, code review experience, administration;
o Mulesoft DevOps (using Azure DevOps or similar tool), deployments, repository maintenance etc.
 Marketing Cloud Experience, Datorama, Marketing Cloud personalization (optional)
o Experience with Marketing Cloud administration, MC connect, SSO, Data extension configurations,
Integrations setup/configuration, Business unit and roles administration, Journey builders setup, etc.
o Marketing Cloud integrations setup/configuration
o Marketing Cloud email setup/management, external integrations, etc

Skill Sets

o Strong time management skills. Attention to detail
o Developer background and skill sets like Java, Python are a big plus.
o Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
o Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
o Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
o Positive attitude and willing to work outside normal hours to troubleshoot high priority issues when
 Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification
 Any CRM Analytics certifications
 Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II
Education and Experience: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
Experience: 4-7 years
