About the Job

To support this inspiring change, we are seeking a BPM Specialist with SAP Signavio expertise or expertise with a similar solution! Your goal will be to unleash the power of process mining, management, and automation through innovative BPM methodologies with this new solution for Inter IKEA Group.

You will be working in close collaboration with technology and business partners at IKEA, together we will implement new ways of working for agile and transparent solutions for the many people.

To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills, and experiences would be valuable:

• Knowledge around Business Process modelling techniques and standards

• Knowledge and experience of enterprise-wide tool implementation and support

• Knowledge and proven experience of how to use, structure and configure Business Process Modelling, using SAP Signavio or a similar solution.

• Knowledge of SAP Signavio license model and deployment options is preferable

• Knowledge and proven experience of how to build and maintain integrations to SAP Signavio or similar BPM solution

• Knowledge of and experience in defining and working with Service Level Agreements

• Experience with ticket and requirement management in ServiceNow and Jira

• The ability to build trusting relationships and long-term partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proactive attitude in problem-solving and risk mitigation, bringing a hands-on approach when needed. Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to focus, set goals, and prioritize.

• Fluent in written and spoken English

Additional Information

This is a full time role (40 hours per week) based in or Malmö, Sweden or Delft, Netherlands reporting to the digital product manager for the area of Communication and Content Management. For people in Delft, occasional travel to Sweden will be part of this role.
