Main Purpose of the Job:

  • Work in an end-to-end digital asset management solution for creating, curating, publishing, and maintaining digital assets.

  • Support the G&C (Governance & Curation) process for both the UK and Canada territories.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery of digital assets.

  • Perform technical and curation reviews of asset submissions.

  • Carry out user acceptance testing (UAT) of the digital asset management platform.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the digital asset library and repository.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify automation trends, propose enhancements, and prioritize future directions.

  • Check reports and dashboards to monitor usage and impact of the digital asset management solution.

  • Support bite-size learning initiatives by creating content and tickets.

Key Background Information:

  • Proficiency in M365, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Platform, Advanced Excel, MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.

  • Experience in end-to-end digital asset management, including creating, curating, publishing, and maintaining digital assets.

  • Strong understanding of G&C processes and governance frameworks.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to enhance user experiences.

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and present findings.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in digital asset management or a related field.

  • Education/qualifications: Master’s degree with proficiency in technical skills such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.

  • Industry experience of 3-6 years in a similar role, preferably in a digital asset management or technology-driven environment.

  • Technical capability in utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, and MS Office for digital asset management tasks.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work well in a team, contribute ideas, and actively participate in discussions.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Additional certifications or training in digital asset management or related fields.

  • Experience in UI/UX principles and enhancing user experiences.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital asset management.
