Job Description & Summary

A career in our Microsoft Dynamics team will provide the opportunity to help our clients transform their technology landscape across Front, Back and Mid-Office functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Scope of Work

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Deep and extensive working knowledge of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions

  • Solutions Architect with the ability to articulate business value propositions

  • Proof of Concepts & Technical Architecture reviews

  • Business Value Assessment (tools like Catalyst is a benefit)

  • Costing solutions

  • Good documentation capability

  • Demonstration to C-level Executives

  • Product & Solution evangelism 

  • Present at Industry Events and Customer Events

  • Training of Sales staff / Internal Staff

  • Understand the business environment and customer requirements

  • Understand the specific business processes

  • Be able to articulate industry solutions

  • Align technologies offered by PwC and assets created internally

  • High touch engagements with customers and assisting in areas where adoption of the technology would benefit the sustained outcomes at a client and build Trust

  • Be able to implement and present POCs on the various options 

  • Pre-build Go to Market demonstrations and presentations

  • Understand the impact on PwC, its staff dynamics and roles to facilitate successful integration of a solution where other technologies have been suggested

  • Build a costing project plan for integration into a proposal.

  • Detailed input into the proposal such as business objectives, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, risks and issues

  • Hand over the architecture and business understanding to delivery team where required.

  • Understanding of competitive offerings – other software and service providers

  • Build relationships with Microsoft technical specialists, pre-sales and Partner Technology Specialists

  • Participate in Sales engagements and engage in the PwC

  • Build an IP Bank of solutions offered by PwC

Qualifications:

University degree 

MS Certification (D365 CE Modules and Power Platform)

Other relevant Microsoft Certifications

Preferred Skills: 

Technical: D365 CE, Power Platform 

Project Planning / Costing

 

Experience:

At least 5 years development/tech consulting experience (preferably in a Microsoft CE environment) with 10 years being preferred

At least 5 years as senior technical lead

Experience with development and implementation of Microsoft CRM and now Dynamics 365 CE

Expert understanding of Microsoft architecture
