Your impact

Manage projects focused on:

  • Developing and executing data analytics- or AI strategies for our clients

  • Executing descriptive and predictive analytics projects of varied size and complexity for reporting and BI purposes or to deliver advanced analytics use cases

  • Carrying out data management and data governance implementations that involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders and running client workshops

  • Define the vision and roadmap for gaining insights through digital analytics

  • Responsible of the delivery reports, dashboards and other data assets

  • Assures continuous data quality throughout a variety of data sources

  • Play an active role in business development and marketing by identifying, approaching, attracting and retaining new clients

  • Take responsibility for managing the resources and budget on client projects

  • Manage, develop, train and mentor the supervised teams and assess their performance.

About you

  • Obtained a Master's Degree in business, data analytics, informatics, engineering or computer sciences, or any other relevant degree that showcases your capabilities

  • At least 5 - 8 years of experience in one or more of the following topics: Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Reporting & Data Warehousing, AI and Machine Learning

  • Proven track record in Data & analytics project delivery and business development

  • Experience in developing data strategies and roadmaps for clients with a specific focus on the following:

  • Data architecture leading practices, understanding the strategic objectives of clients linked to digital transformation (strategies include: BI, Analytics, AI, Open Data and Data Exchange)

  • Leading practices in data management including master, metadata, data quality, data protection, data life cycle management aligned to the data governance model deployed

  • Data transformation plans and roadmaps including data migrations

  • Experience in the following is a big plus

  • Ability to identify opportunities for advanced analytics that would generate business value for clients and ability to de-risk investments in advanced analytics

  • Experience delivering advanced analytics pilots and operationalizing use cases leveraging advanced analytics areas including machine learning, natural language processing, geospatial analysis, market analytics,...

  • Change facilitator for data related topics (for internal and client audience)

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent communication skills and able to connect with all levels in an organisation

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English
