The role entails
Acting as territory specialist on Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Sharepoint, MS Teams, One Drive, Power Suite.
Supporting the strategic alignment and enablement of the Microsoft 365 services in our territory by providing technical guidance and coordination to business stakeholders.
Training users and staff on the use of Microsoft 365 services.
Monitoring the security and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment based on PwC’s guidelines and security standards.
Analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and resolving technical problems related to Microsoft 365.
Collaborating with other global/local technical support and development teams to integrate and improve Microsoft 365 services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Sharepoint, MS Teams, One Drive).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certifications relevant to Microsoft 365 would be considered an asset.
