You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.

Job Summary
PwC is driving major changes across information and IT by building a centralized model to provide IT & security
services across the entire member firm network.
The PKI Technical Administrator role demonstrates accomplished technical expertise. He/she works independently
to solve complex problems requiring judgment based on functional experience. Seeks opportunities to improve
products and processes. Recognizes areas for improvement within the team, the process, technology, etc. and takes
appropriate action to initiate the change. Actively promotes teamwork to achieve group goals. May participate in the
decision making process. Leads projects of limited scope in their own discipline. Administers activities which impact
their own team, or multiple teams within a medium to large office(s) or region/cluster.

Roles & Responsibilities :
As a PKI Technical Specialists, you will handle
● L2 & L3 Technology support
● Coordination with Hardware vendors for issue resolution
● RFC / Change Implementation on PKI infrastructure
● RCA/Problem resolution for PKI incidents
● Patching of PKI Infrastructure components
● Addition of accounts for SCEP
● Manage the CMS tool
● Issue subCA type certificate from all the territories from the intermediate cert authorities
● PKI Core infrastructure support for HSM devices, SCEP servers, CRL Hosting Services
● Issue certificates from the internal(Keyfactor) or Entrust PKI
● Revoke certificates from the internal(Keyfactor) or Entrust PKI
● Bulk request : Issue bulk certificates from the internal PKI(Keyfactor) or Entrust PKI
● Certificate Renewals for PKI Core Infrastructure :
○ Renewal of root or intermediate certificates as per their half life
○ Renewal of Template certs for SCEP
○ Renewal of certificates for PKI enrollment pages
● Certificate expiry reports : Notification is sent to the PwC supported territories about their certificate expiry
● Managing the enrollment form for the Entrust MPKI
● Managing the enrollment form for the Internal MPKI
● PKI Infrastructure (HSM) code / firmware upgrades will be executed as a Project due to the Analysis
,Compatibility and Testing.
● PKI Core Infrastructure incident management activities are measured and reported under SLAs

Education and Experience:
● Worked previously in a PKI / certificate administration role – 2 years experience minimum
● Productivity, initiative, professionalism, customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality, ability to
multitask, team focus, strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and
adherence to firm and NIS standard operating procedures.
● Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
● Understanding of technology/software relevant to team
● Must be willing to work overtime as necessary for day-to-day operations and occasional weekend or after-
hours coverage. May be required to carry a cell phone
● Commitment to professional growth; seeks opportunities for development; looks for ways to share knowledge
with others.
● Four year degree in any business/ technical area or equivalent experience is preferred and two plus years
relevant work experience.
