As part of our Analytics and Insights Consumption team, you’ll analyze data to drive useful insights for clients to address core business issues or to drive strategic outcomes. You'll use visualization, statistical and analytics models, AI/ML techniques, Modelops and other techniques to develop these insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions tailored to GenAI applications.

• Strategically collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align software development initiatives with business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging GenAI technologies.

• Oversee the implementation of robust event-driven architectures to facilitate real-time data processing and analytics.

• Champion the adoption and optimization of containerization technologies like Kubernetes to ensure efficient deployment, management, and scalability of software solutions.

• Direct the development and governance of data lakes, ensuring robust data management practices for handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Promote the use of Python as the primary programming language, ensuring best practices and high standards in software development.

• Facilitate seamless integration and collaboration among software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to enhance the deployment and functionality of GenAI models and applications.

• Maintain a leading-edge understanding of GenAI technologies and drive the adoption of innovative solutions to advance software engineering processes.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.

• Ensure rigorous documentation of software engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices to maintain high standards of quality and repeatability.

• Actively maintain and enhance professional knowledge through ongoing certification and learning in solution architecture and relevant technologies.
