Our Digital Tax team comprises both Tax and Technology subject matter experts, working in tandem to transform and automate business processes across areas such as corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and goods and services tax. Using a combination of off-the-shelf applications and bespoke products, we provide effective digital solutions to ease the burden of manual processes so that efforts can instead be channelled into navigating the modern-day Tax landscape. We partner with clients and internal stakeholders across various industries to understand their business landscape and needs, adopting a data-driven approach in driving value creation. By combining our industry expertise and technology-powered solutions, we are able to harness the power of information to optimise business performance and commercialise data opportunities. How will you value-add? Partner with clients and business units across the Tax function to gather, assess and challenge business requirements  Lead evaluations of current business processes and develop optimization strategies Drive innovation to bring productivity and cost savings  Stay up-to-date on the latest IT advancements in the market to assess suitability Oversee development of digital solutions during the development lifecycle, from presales, post sales, to delivery and implementation of solutions Deliver presales and post sales consulting to build up business for Tax technology solutions and products. Collaborate with multiple business units and project teams to deliver large-scale faceted digital solutions Ensure delivery of projects within budget and provide support for global projects About you 6 - 10 years of experience being involved in digital projects as a Business Analyst Possess a recognised bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Statistics, Accountancy, Finance, or similar quantitative field of study Knowledge in at least 1 coding language and experience in data transformation, RPA software and Business intelligence software, such as Alteryx, Power BI Knowledge and good understanding of Tax and Statutory Reporting automation Proven track record in delivering digital products A strong team player Possesses the ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business units Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills, comfortable to work across borders with a wide network of people Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills Ability to work effectively, independently and be hands-on in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to handle multiple projects Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities that may be outside the scope of your current skills Good to have Knowledge of machine learning algorithm Knowledge and experience in developing web-based solutions Knowledge and experience in providing end-to-end solutions and maintenance of internal systems *Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high number of applicants for this role. #Mid-Senior #LI-AL1 Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional Skills Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
