As part of our Analytics and Insights Consumption team, you’ll analyze data to drive useful insights for clients to address core business issues or to drive strategic outcomes. You'll use visualization, statistical and analytics models, AI/ML techniques, Modelops and other techniques to develop these insights.

Job Description: GenAI Scrum Master - Senior Associate (PwC US)

PwC US - Acceleration Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Scrum Master at the Senior Associate level. As a GenAI Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and managing Agile development teams, specifically focused on AI and GenAI projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, adherence to Agile methodologies, and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, across multiple teams.

- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

- Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scaled Agile (SaFE) methodologies within the organization.

- Ensure the team's adherence to Agile principles and best practices, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

- Manage and resolve any impediments or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

- Ensure quality management practices are followed, including test automation frameworks and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and GenAI technologies.

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

- Previous experience working on AI/GenAI projects is essential.

- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scaled Agile (SaFE).

- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for project management and collaboration.

- Familiarity with managing agile ceremonies across multiple teams.

- Experience with quality management practices and familiarity with test automation frameworks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have skills:

- Experience with JIRA for project tracking and issue management.

- Familiarity with Azure AI capabilities and services.

- Knowledge of AWS AI capabilities and services.
