Role- Cloud Ops Admins
Level- L3
Skills-
● 6+ Years of relevant experience in AWS Cloud Administration
● Expertise on AWS PaaS based services, EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, SQS,
ElasticCache,Cloudfront
● Windows/Linux OS, shell or PowerShell scripting
● Good communication and knowledge on ITIL preferred
● Experience in implementing and Managing IT Infrastructure on AWS
● Understanding of architecture and flow of web applications
● Experience of working on web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS) and application servers
(Tomcat)
● Experience on installation and configuration of any database server from PostgreSQL,
MongoDB, RDBMS and SQL etc.

JD- ● Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve all
escalated technical issues for AWS Cloud
Operations
● Provide the technical guidance to L2 and L1 teams and help developing the skills in the
team
● Manage the Clients/Customers and drive the
service reviews
● Drive P1/P2 bridge calls for the resolution
● Manage the Cloud design, build, decommission, monitoring and operations for AWS Cloud
● Responsible for Quarterly Cloud Optimisation
● Own/manage and drive the creation of processes, procedures and SOPs for Cloud
operations
● Work directly with Amazon Web Service architects to help reproduce and resolve customer
issues
● Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customers; technical
support experience
● Identifying appropriate use of AWS operational best practices
● Estimating AWS usage costs and identifying operational cost control mechanisms

● Skills :
○ 12+ Years of experience in handling Enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud operations

○ Solid Experience on Client service reviews & SLAs Management
○ Good experience on AWS and Azure Cloud platforms
○ Good understanding of ITIL processes
○ Good understanding of Servers and Client Architecture in the IT environment

● JD :
○ Accountable for the day-to-day operations of managing Cloud Services including software
