Job Title: SailPoint Developer Designation : Associate / Senior Associate **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions with cloud-based approach to IAM, with out-of-the-box capabilities and workflows using SailPoint IdentityNow / SailPoint IdentityIQ (using Automated Provisioning). - Customize and extend SailPoint functionalities to meet specific business requirements. - 2-4 years hands on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IdentityNow/SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Knowledge and understanding of Information Security and SailPoint technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications. - Develop and maintain connectors to enable seamless data flow between SailPoint and connected systems. - Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of identity management processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint implementation and integration. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in identity and access management. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer (IdentityNow/IdentityIQ & IAM experience)or similar role. - Strong proficiency in Java programming language. - In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles. - Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow and its components. - Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes for effective integration. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Experience with SQL Databases & knowledge or understanding of Okta or CyberArk.  - Strong communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. - Experience in: Leading IdentityNow implementations Developing complex lifecycle workflows. - Experience in: Connector integrations. - Excellent development / coding skills relevant to SailPoint (java etc.). **Education and Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications in identity and access management or SailPoint are a plus. - Certification in SailPoint Java/J2EE, xml, xhtml, JSF development skills Mandatory Skills: SailPoint Developer, IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, IAM experience, Java, SQL, Okta or CyberArk Preferred Skills: SailPoint Developer, IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, IAM experience, Java, SQL, Okta or CyberArk Years of Experience: 4-8 Qualifications: BE, B.Tech, MCA Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Java, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Structured Query Language (SQL) Optional Skills Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
