You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Vendor Relations team manages multiple vendors with onshore and offshore resources that provide information technology operational services to PwC. You’ll assist the team by handling all day to day communication, drafting engagement documents, and maintaining operational quality from vendors. The role of the Software Licensing Administrator is to support, manage, and administer contracts for software and application services and products across the organization. This includes overseeing technology spending, managing a repository of applications, and issuing Requests for Proposal, Requests for Quote, and Invitations to Bid. The Software Licensing Manager will also define and facilitate communication between the enterprise and its providers in order to deliver software and applications according to plan and within budget, and to ensure licensing compliance. The Software Licensing Administrator will provide administrative support to a shared services team within Techservices. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring the management of the recurrent software portfolio ensuring timely renewal of recurrent software. The Software Licensing Administrator is responsible for maintaining all documentation within the software asset management lifecycle and ensuring key information is available to stakeholders. The Software Licensing Administrator will handle software enquiries and be the initial point of contact for all basic and routine activities relating to software.
